Listings are built from state licence registries and public sources, so a new shop can take a while to appear and a closed one can linger.
Use the report link on the listing to flag anything wrong. If you work at the shop, claiming the listing is faster and gives you direct control over the details.
A shop with no verified address may not appear on the map at all, because we would rather show nothing than put a business in the wrong place.
